Shipping

We use FedEx as our carrier. Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries from Mark Weber.

 

When will my painting arrive?
At the checkout you will be able to select from several delivery options – please note that all delivery times are from time of dispatch, not from time of order. Allow up to 14 business days for unframed artworks and 28 business days for framed artworks. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your edition is dispatched. If you need to receive your edition by a specific date, add this to the delivery note section when selecting your delivery option. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

 

Where do you ship?
We ship internationally using FedEx. 

 

Tax
Artworks that are shipped to New York addresses will incur NYS sales tax of 8.875%. There is no sales tax when shipping to other states in the US. For legal reasons we must declare the full value of the edition for all international deliveries. Please note that you will be responsible for any customs or import taxes on international shipments, which are due upon arrival at the destination country.

 

Handling Fees
All artwork is stored, handled, framed and packed by a team of professionals to ensure that you receive your artwork in perfect condition.

 

Damaged Artwork
If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately.

Please choose your artwork carefully as we do not accept returns. All items are final sale. Contact us for further details.

 

Damaged Artwork
If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately. To avoid accidentally damaging your painting, for example if a work is unframed, leave all unpacking and handling of the artwork to a trusted professional framer or art handler. Contact us for local recommendations.

 

If you notice damage upon unpacking your artwork from Mark Weber, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork with digital images of the damage. If we find that the painting was damaged in transit we will endeavor to replace the piece. In the event that we are unable to replace the painting we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (when applicable).
